Branding Options

how will you stand out?

Looking for garment branding in Newcastle? We can manage the entire process for you, supplying the apparel, organising embroidery, screen printing or transfers. You can also supply items such as towels and shirts for us to decorate.

We offer several decoration options including embroidery, screen printing, dye sublimation and digital printing. We also offer decoration options like Supaflex, Supatech and Supasub. Whether you need a work shirt, cap or anything else decorated, you can trust us to deliver a quality result.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a cost-effective way to get your brand noticed on shirts, caps, jackets and other apparel items. After a digitised image is loaded to the embroidery machine, the machine uses digital instructions to create your design with threads. The number of stitches needed, the quantity of items being embroidered, and the embroidery’s location determine the final cost.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfer vinyl is a garment decorating material that can be cut and heat pressed onto a variety of different fabrics. An alternative to screen printing, heat transfer has lower setup costs, shorter turnaround times and lower minimum quantities. At Phoenix Embroidery we offer options for both full colour and single colour transfers using an extensive selection of Siser brand transfer vinyl. These high-quality transfer films allow for photo-realistic digital printing, as well as solid colours, glitter, metallic, glow in the dark
and reflective effects.

Sublimation

Dye-sublimation printing yields beautiful and permanent colours. Dye sublimation involves printing with special dyes onto dedicated transfer paper, which is then placed against the fabric and applied using heat and pressure. When the critical temperature is reached, the dye turns from a solid to a gas and transfers across to the fabric, becoming a permanent part of the polymer when the temperature cools. This means images and logos won’t fade or crack or peel over time.

Screen Printing

Screen prints are created by forcing ink onto a fabric surface through a fine mesh screen. Screen printing offers excellent durability on cotton and polyester fabric when washed and is an economical option for high volume jobs and larger designs.
